The one time Jenny really stood out was in the Hawaiian Super Special when Mallory was babysitting for her and she was in rebellion, since her parents were starting to set boundaries and giving her the chance to learn how to calm herself down when she got into a frenzy. The reason I remember that was because Mallory got treated badly yet again. It had to be her who was sitting that day so that someone told her off for "neglecting" Jenny and then the same person called the club and told Kristy that she should fire Mallory, and rudely hung up on her, not giving either of them a chance to defend the method of ignoring a child's tantrum. If she had found out the reason was because Jenny wanted ice-cream and wasn't getting it...well, maybe she would have looked at it differently. But considering her own son was completely out of control and seemed pretty spoilt himself, probably not. Plus she actually asked the club for a sitter in the epilogue.
But that's off-topic. Jenny was basically just a catalyst there. I think she was pretty sweet when she wasn't throwing tantrums, but she never really stood out as a client.

The Baby-Sitters are real bratty about Jenny. Sure, Jenny can be annoying at times but that's nothing compared to certain other clients.

I have to wonder what they would think if they had a charge who was like the out of control children on Maury..(smoking, drinking, dressing sexy, cursing, being verbally and physically abusive, sneaking out, skipping school, stealing and sexually active) or how the READERS who seem to like throwing the word brat around loosely, for that matter..

I really like Jenny, I like how self aware she was in Mary Anne vs Logan and knew her parents were buying her off to like the new baby. I mean she's four, she'll grow out of this phase.

They were way too hard on Jenny. So what she was high-maintenance. She was four! I remember Kristy saying "Ew, ew, EW!" in one book where Mrs. Prezzioso called and I thought that was so immature. They sat for much worse kids than Jenny. Also they knew she didn't like getting dirty and always wore frilly, fancy outfits and it felt like they were always pushing her into activities where she'd get dirty.

Jenny's mum was the one who often treated Jenny like a little dress up doll. It was cute that Jenny liked Mary Anne the best. I laugh in Mary Anne and Little Ms Priss when Jenny goes from being prissy, frilly and superneat to Ms. Mess and smears peanut butter all over herself and the kitchen. Perceptive Mary Anne is able to figure her out, though. Mary Anne would make an excellent psychologist.
