I remember that the first book I ever read was Dawn and the Impossible Three. I was looking around my house for something to read on a rainy Saturday afternoon and found it from when my mom used to teach school. I showed it to her and she gave it to me. That one has always been one of my favorites.

My aunt gave me my first BSC book; it was the LS book Karen's Ducklings and she got it for me for Easter when I was eight years old. I'd read a couple of LS books before then at my school library, but this book was the first one I ever owned .

The first BSC book I ever read was Kristy's Great Idea and I borrowed it from the library. The first one I bought was Kristy's Big Day and I picked it out myself, but I think my dad paid for it.

I don't know if this counts, but I just borrowed one from the library for some reason, and it got me hooked.

My first book was a Little Sister book but I don't remember which one. My first BSC book was Stacey and the Cheerleaders. I think I was in 2nd grade and on holiday and the bookstore didn't have any LS books so I got a BSC book and I didn't really like it (I think I was too young for sophisticated Stacey's dating experiences) so then I didn't read another BSC book for about a year and then became hooked.

I ordered the first one Kristy's Great Idea out of my scholastic book order when it came out 20 some years ago, and I was in the fifth grade. (That makes me feel so old. LOL!). This was WAY before the Mysteries, and WAY before the Super Specials. I had NO idea that this series would take off so well and that there would be so many of them! I read them through about 7th grade, and then put them down. It was only last year I began to pick them up again, and I love it!! I can't believe I ever stopped reading them!

I got my first bsc books actually from my Godmother. Her daughters wern't reading their BSC books anymore so they decorated a really pretty bag and put all of their BSC books in there. It is still one of the coolest presents I ever got.

These were all the BSC books that she used to have. They were my very first BSC books that I ever own. And since then, I keep on buying more books from different thrift stores and my collection keep on growing.
