i have been looking for that game my whole life! my cousins had it and we all played together when we were little. is it just called clue, or could you tell me which company it's by? It was a Hasbro Interactive game: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clue_%28video_game%29Pretty much the best thing to come out of a cereal box ever

I never understood why the kids were so excited (or why the sitters even included this stuff) about markers and paints. Isn't that something most kids already have? I understand the different toys and books, and even the crafts, but not the general art supplies.

Lol, Virgo. The BSC should most definitely put one of their "own" books inside a Kid Kit. I would have loved the pocket games, legos, playmobil kids, and stickers, too. a few years ago, I bought a paint with water book just for "old" times. They are still around and fun. U4me, as a kid I semi-liked the game of Life but now it's boring...maybe I need someone chilly to play it with. Sort of related, in college a friend had the ancient (the version was OLD) game of Careers which I thought was a lot of fun. Clue was cool too, except I never liked the idea that game was centered on murder. There should have been a BSC-style Clue game. Hey maybe that could have been how "Stacey (found) and the Missing Ring."

^Cool, thanks Greer. Other than being aware of the dolls and the ads at the end of the books, I never was all that aware of the "BSC extras." Anyone have this game? Like Mary Anne (Mary Anne's Game of School), we could create our own.

Maybe that's what I never played it often - I only had a big brother and he wasn't interested.

My sister and I would play it a lot...it did get old after a few plays, though. I love the cover!

I had the Mystery GAme but I don't know where it is now, maybe somewhere in my basement in storage. I liked it and was in love with the map, but remember my cousin splitting the board in half, she was folding it the wrong way and wasn't listening to me and broke it. I was trying not to cry and we taped it back up, but it ruined my christmas holidays and I was sad. She was one that was jealous of my stuff though...and though I always thought she had better things than me, I didn't want to destroy them. One time she even stained my carpet with calligraphy and got me in trouble.

I'll like in kids kits is books, coloring books, arts & crafts, Lincoln logs (I remember, playing Lincoln logs over @ my grand-parents apartment. I had so much fun playing them.) barbies, matchbox cars, star wars figurine, notepads, (to scribble or draw.) slinky, tinker toys, & stuff animals. (Wow. lot of stuff in kids kits box. lol)

In today's world. I don't think, the kids will get excited about kids kit. Then, back in 80's & 90's. This society, kids want to play on the computer, ipad, MP3, & etc... The younger kids, will enjoy the kids kit. But the older kids, will want to play electronics.
What you think?
